Program: Arcadia Employment Services

Program Info: Description: A specialized employment, training, and placement agency supporting people with work related goals to obtain job opportunities throughout Berkshire County. Activities focus on vocational assessment, job development, identifying skills and qualifications required for specific occupations, matching these with the capabilities of the person and providing consulting services through a variety of support models to the employee and employer. The primary referral and funding source for Arcadia is the Mass. Dept. of Mental Retardation (DMR). Employment services provided by Arcadia also include the vocational evaluation contract with the Mass. Rehab. Comm.
