Member: Gym Fest of the Berkshires

Our carefully selected staff provides a caring attitude that encourages the student to acquire overall physical fitness, poise, confidence and self discipline in a safe setting. Our 10,00 square foot air conditioned gym is fully equipped with multiple sets of men\'s and women\'s USAG approved equipment. The Gymfest is open year-round September through June with additional summer programs. We offer classes for students that have started to walk through high school age. In addition the Gymfest has competitive teams for both boys and girls. Hours of operation are Mondays 1-8:3- pm, Tuesdays 8:30 am - 9:00 pm, Wednesdays 8:30 am - 10:00 pm, Thursdays 8:30 am - 9:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 8:30 pk, and Saturday 8:30 am - 8:00 pm.

Programs Offered:

Open Gym
Description: This is an opportunity for member and non-member gymnasts to use the gym. Instructors are on duty. Students must be 6 years old or enrolled in Kindergarten class or Instructional class.
Age Group: 6 years old and up
When: This program run on Saturdays from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M. during the school year and from 6-8 on Tuesday nights during the summer.

Kindergarten Program
Description: This one hour class gives the student an introduction to the basic skills on each piece of apparatus. Through the use of small groups and well defined progressions the students learn skills necessary to prepare themselves for their progression to the next level.
Age Group: 4-5 year olds.

Girls' Instructional Program
Description: 90 minute classes teach developmentally appropriate activities designed to each student's needs. There will be instruction in all Olympic events.
Age Group: 6 and up
When: Program is offered all year.

Description: 90 minute classes teach developmentally appropriate activities designed to each student\'s needs. There will be instruction in all Olympic events.

Follow Me Program
Description: Our 45 minute program provides parents with the opportunity to stimulate their child\'s early physical development. Active parent participation enhances the development of balance, coordination and self-confidence in a supportive environment. Be ready to exercise!

Pre-School Program
Description: This 45 minute movement and exploration class incorporates gymnastic equipment and specifically designed stations to enhance a safe,controlled environment.
